our gluten-free cooking and baking can be easier and tastier with Ella Bella specialty blend all-purpose flour. 1 cup of our flour = 1 cup of traditional all-purpose flour, with all of the flavor and functionality, but none of the gluten, you would expect from your favorite family recipes.
Pie Dough Recipe
|2 Cups||EB All Purpose Flour Blend|
|5-7 Tbsp||Iced Water|
|2 Tbsp||Psyllium husk|
Mix flour and salt.
- Add shortening until fully incorporated. The texture will be crumbly.
- Add 5 Tbsp ice water until it sticks together, add more if needed.
- Add psyllium husk. Rest for 1-2 hours. (Not necessary, but it does make for a better crust).
Divide dough in half. Roll out one crust, then the other.
